Burrard Mechanical holds Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certification to CSA W47.1 (Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Steel) and CSA W47.2 (Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Aluminum). These certifications are the highest industry standard for welding quality in Canada, attesting that our procedures, personnel, and facilities meet rigorous third-party audit requirements.

Our team is made up of Red Seal certified welders, journeyman fabricators, and experienced apprentices who bring the kind of quiet pride in their work that only comes from years at the bench. We invest in ongoing training and maintain a safe, clean shop environment because we believe the quality of the environment reflects the quality of the work.
Every year we actively seek one or two outstanding apprentices who demonstrate exceptional skill and drive. From day one they take responsibility for the quality and efficiency of their own work — and that culture of ownership extends across the entire team.

Our crews are experienced working at height, in tight industrial spaces, and under the scheduling pressures that come with active construction sites.
